With all the stresses of daily life, it’s important to take some time for yourself. This weekend, why not create your own spa day at home? Here’s a simple guide to help you relax, rejuvenate, and pamper yourself without leaving the house.


🛁 DIY Spa Day Essentials:


1. Face Mask:

Honey & Oatmeal Face Mask

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of plain yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of finely ground oatmeal


Instructions:

Mix the yogurt, honey, and oatmeal together in a small bowl to form a paste.

Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area.

Leave it on for about 15 minutes.

Rinse off with warm water and pat your face dry.


2. Bath Soak:

Add 1 cup of Epsom salts and a few drops of lavender essential oil to your bath. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.


3. Body Scrub:

Combine 1 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of coconut oil. Use this scrub to exfoliate your skin, leaving it soft and smooth.


4. Foot Soak:

Fill a basin with warm water, add 1/2 cup of Epsom salts, and a few drops of peppermint oil. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.


5. Herbal Tea:

Brew a cup of your favourite herbal tea. Chamomile or peppermint tea can be very soothing.

Create a relaxing atmosphere with soft music, candles, and your favourite soothing scents. Take this time to truly unwind and show yourself some love.
