Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:
- Square Payments -Apple Pay, Google Pay and major credit cards.
- Bank Transfer - Please ensure the transfer is completed before your appointment.
- Cash - For new clients, a booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance may be paid in cash at your session. Please bring exact change, as no cash is kept on the premises. Future appointments may also be paid in cash under the same exact‑change policy.

To ensure smooth, timely and organised communication, please follow the guidelines below.

All enquiries, questions and communication should be sent to:

Appointment details, instructions and follow‑up information are sent via email.
Using email ensures nothing is missed and all information is kept in one place.


Phone Calls
We are unable to take phone calls due to our work schedule and commitment to uninterrupted client care.
Please email your enquiry and we will respond as soon as possible.


Appointments
All appointments must be booked through the online booking system.


Response Time
Emails are responded to within 24–48 hours on business days.


Urgent Matters
If something is time‑sensitive, please indicate this in your email subject line so it can be prioritised.

Consultation Policy

Appointments Only
All sessions are by appointment only.
Walk‑ins are not accepted.
Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation time.


Appointment Confirmation
For new clients, appointments are only confirmed once all required details are provided:
•     Full name
•     Email address
•     Date of birth
•     Phone number
•     Booking fee payment
A confirmation email and SMS will be sent once your appointment is secured.
If you have not received confirmation, your appointment is not confirmed.

Booking Fee Policy

A booking fee is required for all online bookings and all new clients.


Payment Deadline
The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment.
If payment is not received, the appointment will be cancelled and a new time will need to be selected.

Compliance with Treatment Plans

For best results, clients are encouraged to follow the treatment plan provided.
This may include dietary adjustments, supplements, lifestyle changes or self‑care practices.


Your active participation supports the effectiveness of your care

Booking Details

Please ensure all bookings are made under the correct name of the person receiving the service.


Appointments for children must be booked under the child’s name

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. To ensure fairness for all clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.


Rescheduling
The new appointment must be at least 48 hours from the original booking time.


Late Cancellations (within 24 hours)
•     A booking fee will be required for all future appointments.
•     Any existing booking fee may be withheld.


Repeated Late Cancellations
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled again within 24 hours of the new date:
•     The booking fee will be forfeited
•     A new booking fee will be required for future bookings
This ensures fair access to appointments for all clients.

Lateness

If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client.

No-Show Policy

No‑shows may incur a fee to cover the reserved time and preparation.
After two no‑shows, no further treatment will be offere

Respect and Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful and professional environment.
Any disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services

Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential.
Your privacy is protected with the highest standards

Massage-Specific Policies
These apply in addition to all general clinic policies.


Health History Form
A health history form must be completed before receiving massage or bodywork.


This form must be returned at least 24 hours before your appointment.


Health & Safety
Massage may be refused if:
- A contraindication is present
- You are unwell with an infectious illness
- A skin condition or other concern compromises safety
If unsure, please contact the clinic before booking.


Consent & Comfort
Your comfort is always prioritised.
You may pause or stop the session at any time.
Draping and privacy are maintained throughout.


Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present in the room.
Inappropriate Behaviour


Any inappropriate or sexual behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.


Service will also be refused if the client is under the influence of alcohol or unlawful drugs..
