Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee Policy
Payment Requirement: A booking fee is required for all appointments booked through the online booking system and for all new clients.

Payment Deadline: The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment to secure your slot.

Cancellation Policy: If the booking fee is not received within 24 hours, the appointment will be cancelled, and a new slot will need to be selected.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the consult price.

Booking/cancellation fees are part of consultation price and deducted from overall invoice cost at time of consultation. Booking/cancellation fees are fully refundable if appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.

To avoid forfeiting your booking fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by clicking the link on the booking email, emailing us at branwen@iinet.net.au, or texting 0451117396.

Follow up appointments booked in clinic where booking fees are not secured are not subject to cancellation fees. However, if less than 24 hours notice is given when cancelling these appointments booking fees will be charged in future to secure all appointments and may be withheld if less than 24 hours notice is given in future.
