Booking Fee Policy

A booking fee is required for all appointments made through the online booking system and for all new clients. This fee helps secure your appointment time and ensures the space is held just for you — whether you’re attending naturopathy appointments, massage, Reiki or any other service.

Payment Deadline:

The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled and a new time will need to be selected.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 40% of the consultation price will apply.
This applies to all services, including massage therapy cancellations and energy‑based sessions.

Booking Fee Use
- Booking and cancellation fees form part of the total consultation cost and are deducted from your invoice at the time of your appointment.
- Booking fees are fully refundable if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice.
- If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee may be forfeited.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can update your appointment by:

Follow‑up appointments booked in clinic (where no booking fee is required) are not subject to cancellation fees.

However, if less than 24 hours’ notice is given when cancelling these appointments, a booking fee will be required for all future appointments and may be withheld if late notice occurs again.
