Hi my name is Michelle. I’m just going to write my thoughts on this topic “Self Care”
Depression or lack of motivation. Everyone goes through this at some point in their life. They would be lying to themselves if they deny that they never went through some sort of depression in their life.
I think it’s important to take care of yourself not only physically but emotionally or your life becomes paralyzed.
I’m realizing that it’s important to have a Self-Care morning ritual. Everyone is different, some may do their fitness regimen, skin care, whatever makes you feel good to start your day.
