This week, let's focus on making our breakfasts healthy and exciting by trying new recipes and ingredients we love! For example, here's what I've been having for breakfast:
Fruit Salad with Greek Yogurt and Mixed Nuts
Ingredients
1 cup of mixed fresh fruits (like strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, and bananas)
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
A handful of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
Instructions
Chop the mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Place the fruits in a bowl and add Greek yogurt on top.
Sprinkle the mixed nuts over the yogurt.
Mix gently and enjoy your nutritious, flavourful breakfast!
