Your Energy Field & How to Rebalance It

Many people experience the subtle energy that surrounds the body — often called the aura or energy field.
It’s the space where your emotions, intuition, and boundaries are felt before words are ever spoken.
You might notice this field when:
• someone’s presence feels calming or overwhelming
• you sense tension in a room before anyone speaks
• you feel “drained” after certain interactions
• you feel expanded, warm, or grounded around safe people
Your energy field is always communicating with you.
And with a little intention, you can bring it back into balance.
A Gentle Energy‑Balancing Ritual
1. Find a quiet space
Sit or stand comfortably. Let your shoulders soften.
2. Place your hands a few centimetres away from your body
Slowly sweep them from the top of your head down to your feet, as if smoothing your energy.
3. Visualise a soft light around you
Choose a colour that feels nourishing — gold, white, pink, or anything that feels right.
4. Breathe into your boundaries
With each inhale, imagine your field strengthening.
With each exhale, release anything that isn’t yours to carry.
5. Seal your energy
Imagine a gentle bubble of light around you — permeable to love, but firm against overwhelm.
This ritual takes less than a minute and can be done anytime you feel scattered, heavy, or overstimulated.
