Nourish Yourself Gently

Sometimes self-care is as simple as a sweet little something made with love and intention. These No-Bake Cacao Coconut Bliss Balls are grounding, chocolatey, and easy to make—perfect for a mindful snack, post-practice treat, or a little energy boost between clients.
Cacao Coconut Bliss Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1½ cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
• ¼ cup raw cacao powder
• ¼ cup coconut cream
• 2–3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
• A pinch of cardamom
• A pinch of sea salt
• 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
• Optional: 4–6 soft medjool dates (if using a food processor)
Instructions:
If using dates, blend them first in a food processor until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse until a sticky dough forms.
Roll into small balls and coat in extra coconut.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Enjoy with tea, a moment of quiet, or after a grounding walk.
Self-care tip: While rolling, infuse each ball with a little intention—peace, clarity, joy, or whatever your body and spirit are calling for.
If you make them, I’d love to see your creations or hear how they made you feel. Let’s keep nourishing ourselves in small, sacred ways
