Today, take a few minutes to try this simple mindfulness exercise:

  1. Find a quiet space: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

  2. Focus on your breath: Take slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.

  3. Let thoughts flow: If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath.
