Meet your host:
Branwen is a naturopath with over 10 years of experience in the health industry as a registered nurse. Her passion is to improve the wellness of the greater community and empowering individuals by increasing health knowledge.
She is currently offering naturopathic and homeopathic consultations to busy professionals struggling with burnout/fatigue, stress/anxiety, gut health and self care.
As well as this Branwen has a passion for nature and energy healing with extensive knowledge in flower essence therapy and clearing mental or emotional blocks.
